What should we have in the Ideas page?

- 3 ideas, fully developed
- audience demographic
- why is this your final idea?



What should we have in the Research page?

- primary: questionnaire, surveys, audience

- secondary: audience, film theory

- proposal



What should we have in the Planning page?

- storyboard, recce, risk, shot list, crew list, equipment list, sound list




What should be in the Treatment?

- idea in lots of detail
- lighting in detail (what have you used/ what are you wanting to do? ) for example, three point lighting
- cool/warm lighting is called 'Hue'
- Kelvin degrees: 0k = -273c





Other things to keep in mind on the cameras:

  • Shutter speed
  • Aperture
  • F-stop
  • Filter and,
  • ISO

In the treatment, talk about the setting, the sound, the props, the costumes and the music in plenty of detail and put this in the planning page. Also talk about the things that are required (equipment-wise).

It is also very important that you talk about the constraints and limitations of your idea - but at the same time, go into detail of how to overcome these constraints. Detail the problem and create a Plan 'B'.

Landscape - where is it set? where is it aiming? Faces - conveying the most emotion Film Images Little text! No emoji's!
